Return Policy – Not Satisfied with Your BellyFlopz Product

For 21 days after you receive your BellyFlopz™ you can return it as long as it is either unused or defective due to poor workmanship. You are responsible for the costs of shipping the product back to BellyFlopz™ unless we made an error in shipping or the product was damaged during the shipping process. After 21 days your BellyFlopz™ product cannot be returned for any reason.

Product must be returned clean and in the original packaging. If it is dirty, or has been used we will not issue credit.

Return Policy – Goods Damaged in Shipping

If you believe that your product was damaged during shipping, contact UPS immediately and do not open the packaging. UPS will return product damaged during shipping free of charge. Upon receipt of the damaged goods, BellyFlopz will ship you another product.

Be sure to have the damaged package picked up by UPS at the same location where the product was delivered. UPS Stores or Distribution Centers cannot return damaged goods free of charge.
